We have two manual payment methods (at the moment). In the future I hope to be able to implement the automated way through the website. Sorry for bothering you!

- Wire transfer:To make this payment you must log in to your bank account or go to your branch and enter my account number as well as the corresponding amount shown in the cart with the shipment. The order will be confirmed and will be prepared once it appears in my account to avoid fraud. I recommend you keep the transfer receipt in case there is any problem (an incorrect number or problems with the banks). This process can take a few days, which will logically be added to the production time of the order, but you can contact me at any time by WhatsApp or email if the payment has already been made and I will confirm it. If there is any difference between the amount entered and the actual cost of the order, it will be communicated privately to add what is missing or the order will be cancelled.

- bizum: You can make a deposit to pay for your order through the bizum option; To do this you must log in to your bank account and enter my phone number. This method is practically instantaneous so it would save the waiting time that bank transfers have. The amount to enter is the one indicated in the cart with the shipping costs calculated. As with the previous transfer, if there is any difference between the amount entered and the actual cost of the order, it will be communicated privately to add what is missing or the order will be cancelled.

• Do you have a cash on delivery option?

Yes and no. 

The cash on delivery system must be contemplated in person by email or WhatsApp and will only be available for products WITHOUT personal customization, to avoid returns due to non-payment or changes of mind once personalized crafts have been produced that could not be sold to other people. In addition, this method has an extra charge for the Correos procedures managing the payments.
